Shipped from Overseas also known as Dope Global allows you to shop internationally sourced products and have them delivered to your doorstep here in Sierra Leone.

1. All Shipped from Abroad products are eligible for free shipping
2. The Delivery Timeline for all Shipped from Abroad Products is 12 – 18 Business Days and doesn’t take into account weekends and public holidays
3. Shipped from abroad products are prepaid only .
   You can pay using Orange Web Pay or  with your debit / credit card . Pay on Delivery is not not eligible for Shipped from Abroad products.

• DOOR DELIVERY

Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 2 times over 5 days (7.00 am to 5.30 pm) after which the item will be cancelled, if you are unreachable or unable to receive the order.

• RETURN POLICY

For items flagged as “Shipped from Overseas”, returns are only accepted for the reasons below :

1. Defective Item : Item is damaged upon delivery or not according to manufacturer’s specification.
2. Wrong Item : If you received an item different from what you ordered.
3. Changed Mind : If item is still in its original packaging with seal intact
